Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Ashlar Atelier Ltd ([Company No. 07XXXXXX]). Using the site means you accept them; they are short, because we would rather build houses than clauses.
The content: everything on this site — drawings, photographs, text, and the projects described — is our copyright or used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent. You may show it to your architect; that is what it is for.
The projects: photographs and figures describe real work truthfully, but every site is different. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a promise that your house will cost what another house cost. Quotations follow the site walk, in writing, and only then.
Enquiries: sending an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We take [three] projects a year and decline with courtesy when the bench is full.
Liability: we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general content of this site — and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
